Customs Duties and Taxes
For some countries, especially in the Australia, USA, and Europe, we offer a service to pre-pay VAT and import taxes, so you don’t need to deal with customs, ask after placing your order if interested. In some countries such as Mexico, New Zealand, and South America import taxes might be required at delivery. We have nothing to do with this, it is required by some countries and it usually ranges from $120 to $200 and up, depending on the doll. The buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees. Otherwise, we can help and advise on customs. Countries like Canada, Germany, the UK, Japan, or Australia usually require the submission of proof of payment or invoice. You can provide the confirmation email, or Paypal invoice or reach out to us and we will help you with that.
How discreet is the shipping box?
Dolls are shipped directly from our factory, in a large unmarked box via TOLL IPEC, UPS or FedEx, DHL at our discretion. There is no identifying information outside on the box to know what’s in it.
We can ship it to a TOLL IPEC store or FEDEX/UPS/DHL for you to pick it up, instead of shipping it to your place. Just let us know after placing your order and we will change the shipping address.
What if you’re out when your order arrives?
If you’re out when your package is delivered, your mail person or courier will leave a card scheduling another delivery attempt or telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order
If your parcel is taken to the nearest courier service place, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.
