We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving our studio. Upon initial receipt of the doll, if there appears to be a defect or damage, please contact us immediately at sa***@Lo**********.au.We do not offer refunds for any other reason other than a product damaged on arrival.

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing the order.  After the 12-hour window order cancellation is not possible.

Order cancellations incur a 20% restocking fee.

Returns: Sex Toys & Dolls are intimate products made especially for you. That’s why we do not offer returns.

Undeliverable Orders

Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued.
